please not this is NOT a scientific organization, its a PR firm that sells opinion polls about candidates and viewpoints to the media.
the "study" was created with several major flaws in it's design including:
Falsehood: Obamacare will EVENTUALLY reduce the federal budget deficit by some mysterious economic mechanism where more spending = less deficit.
Fact: Obamacare will greatly increase the deficit in the short and medium term, while long term deficit numbers are smoke and oakum. You might as well plan your financial moves with an astrology chart rather than their projections.
Falsehood: the stimulus program "saved or created" jobs
Fact: giant government spending cant help but create jobs in the short term, whats shocking is how FEW jobs were created for such a massive spending program. Most of the money went to prop up failing businesses, line the pockets of grifters or pay off political cronies with low or even No-interest loans and grants.
18 Billion Dollars could have done a lot more by funding road and bridge construction and repair (as it was sold to us) but instead it was thrown into failing businesses and "green" boondoggles for billionaire contributors to Obama
Falsehood: the economy started recovering in the 4th quarter of 2009
Fact: The overall economy numbers mean dick to real people with real problems. a few very profitable large companies (banks, insurance companies and investment brokerages made out like bandits off the bailouts) can really screw up the numbers and the economy as a whole can grow even if most of it's people are still in the shit.
Falsehood: "the National Academy of Sciences has concluded that climate change is occurring"
Fact: the academy doesn't conclude shit, especially not this bullshit. The academy of sciences is a policy recommendation panel, not the final arbiter of scientific fact. here's a few links that show that science hasn't concluded shit on "global climate change"

the entire "study" was actually an OPINION POLL based on flawed and skewed presumptions of "Fact" that were NOT FACTUAL, merely opinions, and political opinions at that.
The story pleased the non-Fox news media, so they sold it hard. They repeatedly referred to this Opinion Poll as a "scientific study", and most articles and stories failed to give any reference to where the data could be located, or who did the "study"
so to sum up LIES.
