i dont have a bike, but the track sounds like a good idea cause i gotta shitty knee already and i dont want that givin out thats for damn sure. i havent ran at all this week due to rain an injury. runnins never been my thing so im still gettin use to it too an man it sucks lol.You not supposed to jog on concrete man its real bad for your joints go to a track or ride a bike.. Many people dont know it is like suicide for you joints
james i feel ya too dude im the same way skinny an no matter how much i eat i wont gain weight unless im trainin. start liftin mayne an you gonna see your size increase. protein isnt gonna get you large tho you need to start takin in way more complex carbs an that two will help you put that weight on.
