When a body dies there are still living organisms doing their thing for a long time after. Bodies are host to other species of life and these still continue to respire and even increase.

Cannabis has been conclusively proven not to cause, agitate, catalyze, potentiate, complicate or even to have a synergistic negativity with cancer, but in every case, there is some indication of treatment. I have seen all the studies. I'm also going to be an oncologist when I grow up.

You're citing a website that argues a conclusion based on those studies, but couldn't even conclude it's own aim. This is the evidence I cite, in my claim that the opposite is true. The conclusion that there is no causal link between cannabis and cancer rests on the website you linked trying (and utterly failing) to prove that there is a causal link.
