Awesome, SGT! I was in the same boat as you for a while, was in great physical shape and got involved with a chick, went to shit... You just get into comfortable mode, same type of thing that happens with married couples.. No need to impress to bag a chick anymore.

Drive and blazin are absolute mof'ing beasts when it comes to workouts, model yours on theirs! Dude's are nuts! lol my shit lasts less than an hour and I'm exhausted, still looking for that magic natural energy booster that will allow me to workout for a good 90 minutes at a decent pace, let you know when I find it. Those bastards seem to do em no problem! lol

What is the best physical shape you've ever been in?

What is the best physical shape you've ever been in?
There are plenty of stacks you can do that will give you a great boost of energy. Only problem with that is that if you start out to hard on the stack it may possibly make you overdue it. I say just stick to what your doing and over time you'll be able to go for longer. Have you tried interval training? If not, you should. It will help you keep your heart rate at a steady pace and go for longer.

Best shape I've been in. I'll give you my stats at the time when I was going hardcore working out 6 out of 7 days a week.
5'9
175lbs
Flat Bench: Max 220lbs
Machine bench: Maxed it out at 360lbs
Shrugs: 350lbs
Long bar curl: 100lbs
Pullups: 15
Pushups: 100
Reverse Pushup:50
Squat:350
That was mainly how I worked out.. I had a lot of bulk while doing it that way.. "My bro in laws fault" I followed his lead.
But, I was in excellent shape. I could run 5 miles non stop @ 6.2 speed and 2% incline. Did I mention I'm a smoker? Not just weed, but cigs also.
Oh, and I never measured anything but my arms and they were 18"

Impressive dude.

Most I could ever muster up was something like 6 or 7 pull ups, 30 pushups, run 2 or so miles non stop. Never really been a lifting guy, as push ups and pull ups seem to work just fine and I don't want to join a gym because I'm a poor white, college kid.

Right now I'm barely passing the 1 mile mark, and it's still tough. Persistence is key though, so I keep with it.

Bleachers tomorrow evening, after I rest the inevitable hang over that awaits..

I totally understand the broke college student situation. I'm there myself. I had to go back to school after the mass layoff at my previous job. Oh well, at least I will be doing something I love when I graduate.

I know what you mean by the pullups. Takes a lot of shoulder and back strength and abs for that matter. You can still do interval training without being in a gym. Just run hard then walk at a steady pace till your heart rate goes back down to around 90bpm. My heart rate never exceeded 170bpm. I've been told by doctors that I'm the healthiest smoker they have ever seen. :lol:

But, when I do go back to working out I'm going to do a hardcore cut first, then worry about bulk later.

two things that have been helpin me run longer is NO MATTER WHAT i breathe thru my nose even when im tired in an out. i gotta blow a lot of snot out but it helps me go a hell of a lot longer. ive also shortened the amount my legs kick back. my boys gfs dad was a super badass endurance runner an he said those two things will help a lot. its just hard to keep focus on doin em when you're tired as hell!

to me my energy comes from my mental. i kinda talk shit to myself in order to not sto
p. i also cheat a bit with my weight liftin routine i take some cell mass shit which makes me feel like ima turn into the hulk. lol other than that honey is my secret. bout an hour before i ran last night i ate a peanut butter an honey sammich it not only tastes fantastic but give me that lil boost too. an with the bread toasted to make the pb kinda soft holy shit i might have to go make one now haha i eat way too much pb.

today i got trice
ps an legs which im not lookin foward to cause today we do stair lunges with 30lb dbs. an every set we add another go up cause if you go up once its only 8 steps...by the 4th set im doin 40 stairs in that one set alone! least i get to watch the ufc fights tonight!

I feel you on the hulk thing. I was taking winstrol at one point, had a hookup. Didn't like shooting that shit though, always seem to make my muscles swell to the point where I couldn't even workout which to me defeats the purpose. Not to mention, when your trying to do it yourself you cant do it in the same spot each time and I remember this one time while shooting in the dip of my shoulder, I was trying to pull the plunger thing out to make sure I wasn't in vein and I ended up cutting the inside of my muscle with the needle. Talk about pain.

Been doing a lot of cycling/running lately.


Just got my blood test results back from my physical. Cholesterol is low, LDL (bad cholesterol) is very low! HDL (good cholesterol) is normal and my triglycerides are perfect. Much better results than my last physical 3 years ago. I attribute it to exercise and omega 3

oh dude i know what you mean ive taken sust250 a few times an where i would inject would hurt soo damn much no matter how much i rubbed it in. i was throwin around insane weights for my size tho. i remember the first time i did it it was in the back of my shoulder an when i got it in i had to let it go an re reach so i could push the plunger in....talk about painful havin a needle danglin from your arm! im pretty sure my steroid days are over till i get old.

I had Sonnen before that, but had a feeling Silva was going in with a whole different mindset, you can tell he was tired of hearing all the shit Sonnen was spouting, and he pretty much proved it in the fight. (haven't seen it, just read fight results)

Anderson Silva is crazy, man. What is it now, 10 title defenses? Dude is 37! Hasn't lost since '06! Who the fuck is next?!

yea, I'm done with them completely. Might not get real quick results, but at least there will be no more needles. I should find some ephedrine, the real stuff.

after the fight silva invited sonnen to a bbq at his house. hahahahahaha shit had me laughin my ass off for real. i mean did anyone really expect silva to lose when he had steven segal in his damn corner?!?!


greenthumb id watch out that shit isnt anythin to play with. i took it once for a lock-in at the skatin rink i worked at ages ago an thought my heart was gonna explode.

I personally could care less if a guy looks at my girl. She is Laotian, and I know she is hot. Fact of the matter is, you can admire my girls beauty but if you try to jump stupid I won't hesitate to put 2 in your chest.

Oh, and my gf won't workout with me. she cant keep up. :lol: It's all good though, she already likes how I look. I'm wanting to change my body for myself. Granted it would benefit her in the long run. :hump:

ahaha.. I remember that show. I know what he means but I want my lady to stay in good shape and look good and all that jazz. I however wouldn't send my gf to the store by herself at night. Whether or not she would get hit on doesn't matter cause I trust her. Fact is I don't trust others and she isn't exactly a fighter. And I would much rather be there by her side just for the sake of her safety.
