funny you say that cause that exactly what i workout for. not fin tho cause thats my boy. i wanna be able to bash someones face in twice my size an for 3xs as long as most. thats where crossfit comes into play which i been slackin on. ima kick it up real hard. i need to get all the weed outa my system for a job an i know i havent sweated enough fat off cause i got a home test today and it was positive. hopefully by sat/sunday ill be straight eventho its only gonna be 2 weeks at that point. not smokin fuckin sucks!Motivation to finish reps is being able to punch people like you really hard
I'm about to start my cutting routine, probably next week. I've neglected going to the gym for like 4 years now.had a real nice back workout today an just ran a lil over two miles before bed. ran the first one without stoppin so i know im gettin better with this runnin shit. I strained top of my back or neck in on Wednesday so only did Bicep and missed back on Thursday, but Friday i ran 2 miles and rode 2 miles then did forearms and abs. Usually have thee weekend off for a bit of recovery.had a real nice back workout today an just ran a lil over two miles before bed. ran the first one without stoppin so i know im gettin better with this runnin shit. i do a decent pace the first mile then the second i just sprint in bursts to get me tired then i take a hot ass shower an sweat more an eat some eggs with turkey an a recovery shake an i sleep like a baby. its only runnin tho if i lift weights before bed im just pumped up. lol thats what we here for man if you one day feel like skippin come open this an read what we're doin an it will make you wanna go workout. i know its helpin me.I'm about to start my cutting routine, probably next week. Hopefully I can come here and get some motivation to keep it up once I start back. I'm so sick of being out of shape. Well, I guess I'm not really out of shape, just not in the shape I'd like to be in.
How do you run before bed? Every time I tried to workout at night I always found it difficult to go to sleep.
Thanks. I think my problem came when I met my gf I got real lazy and stopped going to the gym with my bro in law. that sucks violator i know how that shit is. i usually have my weekends for rest too but i missed two days this week so ill be throwin the weights around tomorrow. i sometimes do a crossfit workout on sundays but i been slackin on that the past two weeks.
