funny you say that cause that exactly what i workout for. not fin tho cause thats my boy. i wanna be able to bash someones face in twice my size an for 3xs as long as most. thats where crossfit comes into play which i been slackin on. ima kick it up real hard. i need to get all the weed outa my system for a job an i know i havent sweated enough fat off cause i got a home test today and it was positive. hopefully by sat/sunday ill be straight eventho its only gonna be 2 weeks at that point. not smokin fuckin sucks!

had a real nice back workout today an just ran a lil over two miles before bed. ran the first one without stoppin so i know im gettin better with this runnin shit. WHERE THE REST OF YALL AT? dont tell me yall fell off!

I'm about to start my cutting routine, probably next week. I've neglected going to the gym for like 4 years now. :lol:
Hopefully I can come here and get some motivation to keep it up once I start back. I'm so sick of being out of shape. Well, I guess I'm not really out of shape, just not in the shape I'd like to be in.

How do you run before bed? Every time I tried to workout at night I always found it difficult to go to sleep.

I strained top of my back or neck in on Wednesday so only did Bicep and missed back on Thursday, but Friday i ran 2 miles and rode 2 miles then did forearms and abs. Usually have thee weekend off for a bit of recovery.

i do a decent pace the first mile then the second i just sprint in bursts to get me tired then i take a hot ass shower an sweat more an eat some eggs with turkey an a recovery shake an i sleep like a baby. its only runnin tho if i lift weights before bed im just pumped up. lol thats what we here for man if you one day feel like skippin come open this an read what we're doin an it will make you wanna go workout. i know its helpin me.

that sucks violator i know how that shit is. i usually have my weekends for rest too but i missed two days this week so ill be throwin the weights around tomorrow. i sometimes do a crossfit workout on sundays but i been slackin on that the
past two weeks.

I keep doing the it, im not sure if its while i sleep or at the gym. It never feels like ive done anything whilst at the gym its always when i wake up so think i might go get some physio

Thanks. I think my problem came when I met my gf I got real lazy and stopped going to the gym with my bro in law. And as for the running; I would usually go and do weight training first, and then go and do interval training on the treadmill.

oh yea bruh girls can screw up your trainin esp if you really enjoy bein around them. i cant run on a treadmill its too borin i have to have shit movin past me for some reason. lol

Yea, we haven't spent a day apart from each other in over 4 years. Man I love this chick. btw. I feel yea on the running on the old mill thing, but with it being as hot as it is and me being prone to heat strokes I cant run outside. Not to mention it's easier on your knees.

Lol I was thinking about this earlier, I've been neglecting this thread lately! But nah, I've still been at it every day, just haven't been updating, I feel lazy as fuck about it, I'll be sure to update tomorrow for ya blazin!

I've been incorporating more sprints and exertion into the workout instead of distance lately, to see if it burns more calories, as I've read it does, but my app sucks balls at that type of stuff, so who knows..

I have however noticed a significant, and I'm talking SIGNIFICANT, improvement in upper body strength. More than double what I started out with at 8 or 9 weeks in. I could, embarrassingly, do 6-10 push ups in the beginning, as my strength from the previous season had clearly worn off (I was able to do handstand push ups no problem before), now, I consistently do sets of 25, 3 or 4 times per workout, equaling 550-700/week. It's great! I've been working on pull ups lately, too!

I'd still like to cut down about 5%-8% body fat, and hover around a 10%-13% total. So, we're working on that. Still plan on checking out the barefoot shoes, as every attempt at running the mile with shoes on, fails! Most attempts without, pass, probably 3/4. Some scientific shit right there I need to figure out!

Still consciously aware of the diet, significant decrease in the intake of soft drinks, accompanied with a decrease in significant amounts of sugar, lately.

The tan is becoming beautiful! My feet are still motherfucking white as can be though!
