Killer leg session today, for all who don't train legs their is nothing worse than seeing a stacked bloke with skinny little legs
Motivation to finish reps is being able to punch people like you really hard

I'm about to start my cutting routine, probably next week. I've neglected going to the gym for like 4 years now.
Hopefully I can come here and get some motivation to keep it up once I start back. I'm so sick of being out of shape. Well, I guess I'm not really out of shape, just not in the shape I'd like to be in.
How do you run before bed? Every time I tried to workout at night I always found it difficult to go to sleep.
i do a decent pace the first mile then the second i just sprint in bursts to get me tired then i take a hot ass shower an sweat more an eat some eggs with turkey an a recovery shake an i sleep like a baby. its only runnin tho if i lift weights before bed im just pumped up. lol thats what we here for man if you one day feel like skippin come open this an read what we're doin an it will make you wanna go workout. i know its helpin me.
that sucks violator i know how that shit is. i usually have my weekends for rest too but i missed two days this week so ill be throwin the weights around tomorrow. i sometimes do a crossfit workout on sundays but i been slackin on that the past two weeks.
Thanks. I think my problem came when I met my gf I got real lazy and stopped going to the gym with my bro in law. And as for the running; I would usually go and do weight training first, and then go and do interval training on the treadmill.
