Its being exposed to a scene which had second hand smoke in the past...very serious offence...Like if you visit a Victorian museum... Happens everyday...I have been a victim I believe that people in the 1890's smoked tobacco on my property. I am looking to sue.

It is my understanding that in 1876 a man lived on my property and smoked a pipe. I have seen pictures of him committing this crime against me.
