I think I will hit the ounce mark. I have a hard time judging the weight without actually holding something. the bud having to be tied up makes me think they are heavy.

And those fly strips have really done the job. I noticed one or two gnats stuck on the sugar leaves, but that will just require some tweezers. I was mainly concerned about the roots of the plant and production being slowed.

As you all can see tho, I am about to chop on schedule.

Was thinking about harvesting today, but I am really nervous about accidently early harvesting.

Dude you got at least a couple ounces there. Make sure your getting some side lighting and dont harvest too early, they get really fat and resinous if you let them finish. but im an amber trich guy

couple more days wouldn't hurt.... maybe even snag a bud let it dry on the night stand for a couple days then smoke it to get in the right mind for trimming

they still look clear from where im sitting idk though its your preference on milky or amber, but you have some nice plants there bro good job and goodluck

I trimmed off a bud and took a closer look under the scope. damn 60x is barely enough to tell. Under closer inspection, it seemed as if there were alot of clear trichs left. So..... I will wait to trim the rest of the plant. Will trim the rest of buds sunday nightish prob. Gonna water her tomorrow morning, enough to keep her from wilting.

Gonna let it dry a few days and then have my roomie try it. ( I am not smoking uncured bud lol)

I trimmed up some bud for my roomie to smoke either tonight or tomorrow. The trichs on the actual bud looked cloudier %-wise than the leaves did, so he should feel pretty good. There are three popcorn buds in a gallon cap. I figure those things dry faster than the big nugs.



Here are some pics of the clone. She is three weeks into flower and looking purty.



The plant downstairs is falling over everywhere. Gonna be a big haul. I have to buy a hygrometer. I am gonna buy a airtight, pyrex glass, food storage pan to dry my weed in. I ain't got enough money to buy hygrometers for 10-15 mason jars. Yes. There is that much bud.

hygrometers???? you don't need that shit just hang em for a week-10 days then put m in the jars opening them evry day if they seem too wet leav the jars open for awhile until they dry then cap em next day do the same. drying buds for 15 years without hygrometer

So my roommate smoked one of the popcorn buds. It filled a small bowl. He said the taste seemed close to citrus/lemon, and he said it made him feel relaxed.

He acted more mellow and smiley than normal, and ate ton of beef stroganoff.

He's gonna smoke another bud soon.

It irritated his throat a bit because it wasn't cured properly. Once you do your harvest and have time to cure I bet it'll be a real good smoke, looking at your pics of the bud makes me think it'll need another week before it's ready at least though.
