private yachts coming to san diego and san francisco get stopped to. are the yachts which are NOT full of explosives, rocket parts and guns turned away? yeah. didnt think so.

under the geneva convention the occupying force may search vessels and persons entering the occupied zone to ensure the safe operation of the occupation. or dont they teach the rules of war anymore?

heres a protip: ownership of real property is NOT equivalent to sovereignty.

israel holds sovereign authority over ALL of israel, and de facto sovereignty over the west bank and gaza since they won it in war. they gave back the sinai, and the golan heights, when egypt and syria stopped attacking them. why are the west bank and gaza still held? gee. i bet you can figure that out yourself given enough time. hint: it does NOT include zionist piggie jew bankers or the protocols of the elders of zion.

im sure youve got a shitload of examples of vessels not smuggling contraband which were still turned away from gaza.

all that is required is :

1: they accept the israeli searches, just as any vessel entering US waters must submit to search by the coast guard and customs.
2: they are found to not contain any contraband
3: still not allowed into port.

i await the deluge of case studies.
