amazing what you can do with 60 watts!!!
This strain just gets big under most lighting IMO( her brother under the Inda was looking big as well)...........65 watts will not be enough for her.....let's see if I can keep her alive till the chop
I think you have mag and possibly cal deficiency. when either get worst they mimic nute toxicity on the tips. Right now it just looks like mag def. Make a compost tea with epsom salt. If you start seeing reddish transparent rust spots . Then its cal def.
the IG ones are looking soooooo frosty.
This may also be a possibility...........shouldn't have a cal/mag def due to my hard tap/RO foundation applications........who knows you could be right
Well there not Budzilla`s there a china made copy but the coverage is great I`ll be honest if I wanted too I could pull my shelf out and light my whole tent with just 1 of them so 1.2m x .8m x 2m so 2 meter cubed is coverable with them but I want some super frosted buds so I have a 2nd light to turn on during flower and the induction to fill in any spectrum gaps as the led`s are purely putting out red and blue light
Lets put it this way my last run of auto`s in soil the last 2 plants had one of these led lights on them plus some cfl`s for around the last 6 days and they exploded with crystals and out did any of the other plants, when the other plants were grown using 2 x 300w 2w led panels and 1 x 180w led panel and a bunch of 100w and 12% uvb cfl`s
So I`m hoping for good things from this grow, the skywalker kush`s are all a tad on the small side hoping they veg up ok in the end, of the 2 cotton candy`s I have one of them is still tiny the other one is my biggest plant in this batch and I have 3 jack widow`s all growing strong.
I have a g13 superskunk veg`ing in my cupboard might swap out the cotton candy for that as it`s so small now that I think it`s going to get nute burn soon as I`m pushing up the ppm to keep the others growing fast, plus I only need one to clone off, shame I got the last 2 pick and mix from attitude as I can`t be asked to buy a 6 pack of them.
Saying that I`ve got 3 skywalkers 2 jackwidows and a few freebies in my fridge waiting to be popped oh yeah anyone ever grown Alquimista ? not sure if I should pop that instead of another skywalker I think I`m after something with a nice clean sativa high....................
Those budzilla's are made by the same manufacturer as yours minus the 300% markup ($1100 on amazon LOL)...........always wanted to grow skywalker kush/jealous!........you should start a journal, so we can see how this turns out.
This feels like an advertisement for Hans' panels. They seem to work great!
No ad here........yes they do work , and work very well when multiple panels are used......should look at manoos/digimidgi/chilazaro grows with these panels; impressive stuff.
I was leaning towards a mag def too but aren't we feeding all the plants with the same batch? I'm not seeing the same issues on the annubis. Strain related perhaps.
Nice job P and reps to the baby inda-gro for bringing in that early xmas annubis frost. Lovely
Yes exact soil mix and ferts dosage used..........this is definitely strain related, cheese is too big and in a small container====fast def issues, rootbound, blah........she will recover.
Brother I belive you have a nitrogen deficiency.
Unlike a magnesium deficiency, nitrogen def will start from the tips and work its way back to the leaf node. Nitrogen and Magnesium get confused. The best way to tell them apart is, nitrogen deficiency starts around the tips and works its way to the back of the leaves, where a magnesium deficiency will cover the entire outer part of the leave and make the entire leaves yellow leaving the veins to stay green. If your plants are having a slow growth rate and have yellowing of the leaves, then most likely it’s a nitrogen deficiency.
Towards the middle to end of flowering stages, the plant will show a nitrogen deficiency almost always. This process is
completely normal and just let the plant naturally yellow out as it uses it's stored nutrients. This actually helps you by getting ready for final flushing and then harvesting. At this point
DO NOT not use nitrogen to fix the problem. The yellowing leaves will then eventually drop off after the plant is done with them.
Parts affected by a nitrogen deficiency are: Older foliage, going to whole plant, Petioles (rare) cases.
She may also need some N, no doubt........I think she used up ALL the NPK in this mix, I went too light on the topdressing and initial fert soil mix too.....grower learning a new nute regiment/ errors galore!
Hyroot, IMO is correct on this. I might ad that you only see the yellow, at least from what I can tell, at the canopy. Any thoughts on why there isn't any issues with the Annubis?
Anubis may have been overwatered due to this crappy high peat moss mix IMO, so showing overfert issues......RO trinity could also be a factor. Different strains, different feeding requirements ..........let's not even talk about DP's blueberry strain/PIA.
ILP's cheesedream @ 61 days since germ under the Hans led panel(65 watts):
..Removed more leaves w HEAVY necrosis and prone to fungal attack.....flowering is still slow due to the supercrop/p-k def......looking better, newer growth shows slight improvements..........might hit her with a low dose of azomite at next watering (that stuff has saved my ass many times before)..
PS's anubis girls @ 56 days since germ under the Inda-gro par 100 induction (105watts):
......Seem fine drying out completely.......stretch stopped /will see how much they bulk up in the next couple of weeks....still like the squatty bitch.
31st day of 13/11..........Growing in SOIL is EASY!, I just made it hard on myself by using two gallon containers for the full cycle/ and low balling the initial fert applications, if I followed RO's recommendations==easy peasy
.....Can't imagine what it's like to flower MJ in party cups/ pro-grower shit.............be safe and happy growing RIU
