Coco as a medium is very well insulated, it stays cool in the heat and retains heat in cool temps. Silicates can help plants get through tough conditions and stressors. Cold temps can cause P lockout...causing purple coloration and and stunted growth. Keep it in the 60's.....you'll do great.

This turned out really nice - super sticky! White Bubba - this plant looks like it will yield between 60-80g. Grown in 3.5 Gallon pots with Coco cut w/ 25% perlite. Canna A+B, CaliMagic, Nirvana. RO Water with nutes every two days. 10 Day Flush. Daytime High 78 / Daytime Low 66. (Legal AZ AMMA grow)

Idk what I'm growing in the bag says "roots organics soilless hydroponic coco media" I might like this stuff got it thinking it was coco but its not. Anyone have a comparison product I might cross ref basic info on? If being a Dick is prerequisite for growing in coco I hope mine isn't worthy of classification.

everyone here seem to have no problem with coco. I dont understand why my girls are flowering so slow. I know for sure there is no light leak. The only problem is that the room might be too cold when light are off. Now i have a auto heater in room. I will keep room above 62 F when light off. So the question is will my girl be ok now? will they continue to flower? should i chop and start new? its about 4 week now and only tiny hair. Thanks all for the help!

What strain is not flowering? My sour d is lame for like 4 weeks. I just finished a cold grow didn't do anything noticeable while flowering only slowed veg growth a lot.

She takes forever to get going I don't veg really so lower yields 1-3 oz per plant takes about 10 weeks after buds start growing to finish. It's my fave so I don't mind the wait. This round I did veg shooting for 4-6 oz.

i grow in that now. It's basically coco cut with 50% perlite. Precharge it with cal mag and ph feed your plants at 5.8-6 and you should be good.

i wasn't planning on growing in it but got 20 bags for $200 so I really couldn't pass it up.

Yeah I cant pass up a good deal either
last week I went In my hydro store and they had the gallons of 3 part advanced nutrient on sale for $18 a gallon.
I was like oh shit  I got all I could. That shit is normally $64
the guy at the store said don't no one like it cuz it cost too much $ and plus the new PH stuff just come out and the old really
not gonna sale now so they are just giving it away for what they paid. Lol
