Quite the predicament my friend. I would just kill the lights if possible and let them get a nice long dark spell before harvesting. Might help them from drying up too much. Either way, this grow was a success and family priorities and safety ALWAYS come first.

Leaving the lights off will definitely help retain moisture.

Anubis buds waaaaaaaaaaaay dry :

...took off most of the stems and put in a cardboard box straight into the freezer....got to get rid of my old drug-dealer scale/lol......54.2grams off of 105watts (indagro-par 100)....granted i would have weighed them with more moisture days ago and gotten higher #s but their are some heavy stems that I kept on====so it's a fair number IMO.......Free smoke bitches!! ha ...My training was stupid, and had some strain issues(long story/fight with the breeder and seed bank) and I kinda would have done things differently now that I know this panel a little better...

You know something, this dry pots going for days.... Since I use rock dusts (rock phosphate, zeolite, basaltic rock dust and granite dust) it's CRAZY they NEVER get dry!

If they are too dry. Put a water leaf in the jar for a few hours. It will give them a little more moisture without over doing it. Wait til after 1 day of cure so all the buds redistribute any moisture trapped in the center of buds.

They look good. I though they would of shrunk more than they did. Good job

I still would`a flushed the cheese dream with plain water just in case I mean they get plant matter that has been dead for 10`s of thousands of years to come back to life

A little water and the buds still might swell even in the dark you never know man, I think it`s worth a shot to just dump some water in her tank or pot

Still she looks good man sometimes letting them die is the best way to get bud production she looked about ready anyway I know you can always go another week but fuck it man bet that chedda will smoke up nice

Looking forward to seeing the cured bud you know it`ll be better then any street weed anyway man and cheaper too

Put fresh celery stalk in with dry buds. Check every hour or so. Works wonders.

FYI, I put a cured bud in the freezer in a corrugated box for 2 weeks. It was awesome. Now have a bunch of buds in there. I think corrugated is the key as it has 2 walls with an air gap in between

I'm sad you didn't finish strong but it's not like you had a choice. What's the max amount of plants you'll have in your grow space at one time? I ask because I'm wondering if it's worth buying or making an emergency watering system for them. You could pay for it by drinking the speed rack whiskey instead of the good stuff. Yuck! But seriously I would think you should assume this will not be the last time this happens with the ex, if you don't mind me sticking my nose in your business.

She was a goner and I knew it..........watering her would have been futile and it sped up her maturity rate(drought condition)

This will not be the last time, your right Franjan............got to think of a watering system that has no chance of getting me busted....will never run more than 4 plants in PA.........9 plants(includes seeds/clones/seedlings) is a 1 year MANDATORY prison term
