the chicks in the truck were in the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time for newspaper delivery. the cops were the ones acting in a manner inconsistent with the time and place in question.

that cliche always annoys the fuck out of me.

the dude the cops are looking for is just another typical LAPD member, except instead of beating the shit out of 55 year ol pediatricians who were "totally resisting arrest" on a jaywalking charge (those nuthugger jogging shorts were a dead giveraway, he was a crip!!), or "tuning up" retarded kids at a gas station with their moms, or "subduing " hyper-dangerous 12 year old girls with a taser, he is targeting other cops, and thats a crime!

Don't be a prick. Lets make up a scenario. Lets say you live in a apt building and you are one of the board members and you have to decide on kicking a tenant out. You kick him out and he writes a letter threatening all the board members and there families with death. You are going to tell me you wouldn't be on edge if a skilled killer could appear at any time. Like I said before it doesn't make it right, but I bet they didn't shoot a blue truck because they wanted to harm or kill an innocent person. Bad policing +fear, yes, trigger happy cops, I don't think so. There was like 40 teams of officers protecting the threatened family members and one of those teams protecting the family shot the truck. It's not like they pulled over a car and just started shooting it you front wiper.
