Oh and also it's totally not feasable to have taken Dorner alive. He clearly stated in his manifesto that he would not allow them to take him alive. "wait it out" my ass. He either would have gotten into another fun fight If they had breached and it would have been suicide by cop. Or maybe they do wait it out using up tons of police resources for multiple days, until he shoots himself in the head anyways. This guy was not going to trial, by his own design.

You know I hear people saying that violating this man's right was an okay thing to do he was an accused murderer (I believe his is a murderer). Just remember if you get busted that it's okay to violate your rights because your an accused f-king pot grower.

All that belongs to the government, not your cousin. I never said the military would use any of this and never said the citizens would try and rise up and take over, we're not the middle east, we're much more sophisticated and intelligent. I'm just pointing out how citizens/military would not be able to throw over the government even if we tried, we'd just blow ourselves up. We know this so we operate a more polite way, and this is why we are the most powerful country on Earth.
You don't really get how it works and I'm not going to waste my time schooling you.
The military are citizens and citizens are government. There is no government to takeover, only minds to change.
A civil war type situation is very possible but unlikely. Even Japan knew non-military citizens were much more of a threat to their plan to overthrow the US. Isoroku Yamamoto, a Japanese fleet admiral and commander chief of imperial navy said "You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass." Although some historians say this was a hoax quote most military historians say it was true. Point being it's a good quote and stands just as true today if not more then it did in the 40s.

To be blatantly honest I don't give a fuck this guy didn't get a fair trial. Fuck him, burning him alive is much cheaper than keeping him alive and heathy in prison for the rest of his life. I don't want my tax dollars going to keeping that scum alive.
It's easy to think this way but if you care about personal rights and freedoms you wouldn't have said what you said, or you would at least change your position. Not a fan of Dorner, just a fan of a fair trial.

So the ends justify the means? This is why we are a rule of law nation. So that people with a similar mindset cannot take the law into their own hands. Innocent people die that way. Reminds me of a story where a guy killed the alleged molester of his child and it turned out that the atrocity was committed by someone else. Dorner had the right to a trial.

How about those people he murdered and their rights as a human :dunce:

Secondly, police don't skip the trial and burn you to death for growing, so please don't make huge leaps like that.

Third, don't go on homicidal rampages and you don't need to worry about this happening to you.

Fair enough, but am I going to lose any sleep because he's not getting a trial? Fuck no.

You basically said what I said lol. The government/people, whatever you want to call it won't use it's weapons against it's own people, but it only takes a handful of people to push some buttons.

I'm still trying to figure out how this a conspiracy of O'Bama's that includes the entire LA police force AND the media to promote banning of all guns. Did I miss anything?
News helicopters. They'll need a license now and "no open carry", concealed only. cn

My reference was that rights have been violated. If one person loses their rights we all lose our rights.
what rights does one have when in an armed standoff with police?

you've basically given up your rights. your choices are submit and get your trial, or die.
