Ok well not much going on here so I only got a few pics for ya guys. Just been busy with getting outdoor shit ready so don't have as much time as I'd want.

Well guys after inspecting vinnie today I came to the conclusion she is just about where I want her and will be calling timber on her this Friday Which is exactly where the breeder says to chop her. I need the up high this time of year. Got to get out and get shit done and time to go back to work at the nursery. Just way to much going on as the weather changes to be smoking some couch lock shit.
I will hopefully get pictures up Friday after the chop if not it will be Friday night as me and the family are headed back to see the rest of my family.
Hope everyone had a good weekend.
Oh and I'm hoping over 4 to jhod. I took a lil sample bud 2 days ago and let her dry on my rack and she was still 1.2 dry and the main cola's I'm guessing will be close to a zip each, so I'm guessing 4.5 or at least somewhere close lol. Guess we will see soon

I hear that man, my grow was an indica three pack and kolossus and of course all the indicas finished first so I was like half asleep for three weeks while the kolossus finished up... now that it's done, I've become considerably more active, hahaha. I'm in the same boat. Only have indica heavy smoke right now. I can't wait till the sativa dom stuff I'm growing now finished. I'm going to be clipping buds at 4 weeks probably... I can't wait for a head buzz and some up energy. Now that the time has changed it's going to be bugging the hell outta me.

You guys are beating at something that I already know. I know it's in the genetics, I know you can smoke indica's and get shit done, I know all this shit. I'm simple saying I like having a up high. That's mental behind the eyes, not felt all over the body.

Definitely a matter of genetics with sativas... it's all about the "right" sativas for me. Wicked prone to anxiety and tweakishness so I can tell straight away whether or not the high is paranoid... but indicas tend to actually sort of depress me, probably because I also have some latent depression that I find sativas are better at battling as well. I'm on a mission to find my favorite sativas. I am working on some raspberry coughs right now because the coughs have a good reputation for combating anxiety.
I'm sure it's genetics with the indicas too, I'm sure there are some soaring indicas, but I have not found them yet... the jackberry is relatively light compared to the herijuana and anesthesia, but the sativa-dominant kolossus knocks the doors off all of them as far as buzz is concerned. I'm a bit of a buzz junky I guess. My perfect smoke is very high and buzzy but at the same time enough body high to keep me relaxed and not short-circuiting. I haven't found a lot of stuff that hits that on the nose yet, but I also haven't had a lot of opportunities to try different varieties. I am really looking forward to my next crop though, as it is two sativa-dominant strains.
I dunno, I like indicas, and if my tolerance is low I can get really high off an indica, but with tolerance it starts to feel like I'm just popping advil or something... I find that the head-effects of a sativa sort of "convince me" to acknowledge that I am altered. I like to feel altered, lol. I get a lot out of shifting perspectives. I appreciate pain-killers too but if the effects aren't prominent (from lack of tolerance) that doesn't always trigger a headshift. I needs my headshift.
This has been in my head a lot lately... going into this last crop i intentionally bought indicas because i thought I'd prefer them as they might not exacerbate my anxiety... but instead I've found them to be less stimulating in a fundamental way that leaves me feeling unsatisfied. Not anxious, but without the buzz I find myself feeling depressed. I'd rather just stay sober than smoke and feel depressed, so. Meh.
I dunno, I mean I definitely see the appeal of both. I really like smoking herijuana like an hour before bed when I'm already pretty tired, it helps me relax and I end up falling asleep watching TV before I even crawl into bed... and I really like the relaxing feeling I get from it, which actually triggers a sort of mood shift, but I do tend to wake up a few hours later anyway.
Anyway. When it comes to getting shit done, it's a million times easier with sativas in my experience. I can get things done on the indicas, I just don't really WANT to. The difference is in attitude... I am apathetic and indifferent about whether or not shit gets done when I'm really stoned out... sure, there's stuff that needs to get done, but I don't really feel like getting up, basically. There's nothing wrong with that, I just prefer to feel motivated to take action... it's not about getting stuff done, it's about feeling a drive and inspiration to do so... that's what sells me on sativas. Of course I CAN do stuff without that drive and inspiration, but it's simply not as fun. I like how sativas make me feel enthusiastic about tasks that I need to conquer, so that I hit the ground running and make a lot of progress fast to get the ball rolling.
