LMAO, your talking to a person who has a wild animal permit and has kept red belly piranhas, pure bred wolves,
alligators, viscous snake heads etc...btw, when I had the Amazon piranhas, I would clean the inside of the tank with bare hands and zero fright. You just have too know how to handle them and the others so a 20 pound threat to me is for the kiddies.
I kill and eat what I kill unless it is a threat to my food and possibly infected...I have hunted alligators in my childhood through adulthood and ate them too...if you think you can trust and handle a 10 foot long gator you are very delusional...a pissed off coon would make you call your mommy...your are speaking a whiole different environment than nature...go pet a wild coon or gator...I DARE YOU

I seem to recall another big ego man that thought he was bigger than nature

Any unwanted critters in my room is dead, period. I had an entire batch of seedlings from some really good stuff get eaten by mice one time. Stupid me germinated them all at once too. So I did not have any more. I was not able to get more seeds either. So yup, lots of rat poison goes out every fall now. I have never had the misfortune of anything larger getting in other than a lil' garden snake and I did let him go.

horrible story? Man hate to see what you would do if you had to kill what you eat

I splatter gophers and coyotes often....410 for gophers and .223 for coyotes...a hawk , raven and sanke here and there...fuck them pests...Protecting MY FOOD from them and always will

I hunt and very much enjoy the kill...and down here in NM we have rabies and hantavirus...so yeah KILL EM ALL

blah blah blah...poor lil animals...lmfao...buncha spoiled folks that never thought about it when they eat their chicken pork and beef...guess they think the animals commit suicide or they wait for them to die...pathetic... I LOVE THE KILL
Killing for what you had to eat is a whole different story my friend.
Ever go Boar hunting? Along with the rifle, don't forget that side arm in case one comes
at you close from the brush along the trail your walking on.

Now, chicken, beef and pork are specifically bred to be consumed and
gophers, coyotes, ravens and snakes are not. There is a difference.

Gophers, coyotes etc... are here also for the very fact, to live along
side us free of fear of their meaningful lives.

A raccoon is not a threat unless you are and avoidance is key.

First of all, this is 100 percent true. not to mention it was damaging my livelyhood. if it was a animal like a mouse or a rabbit, i would capture. however for those who dont know, racccoons eat anything, i have some sweet fruity satoris going. if i had have left it, gone and driven to town( about a hour away, if i want anything useful) that little bitch could have ate everything, or damaged beyond repair. i didnt shoot it to be mean, i did it so i dont starve. it was just a bonus i hate raccoons. they are desease ridden, and just bother me. always have. plus it was vengance on a pest. it already wrecked about a 1000 buck worth of shit. off 2 plants.that said, im not just throwing it out to rot. i am making a hat. im not wasting it. and i killed it humanely. its not like i captured it and lit it on fire or some sick shit like that. i took care of buisness. out here you have to. if you fuck around, that can put your LIFE in danger.and one last thing. raccoons are known carriers of rabbies. a deadly uncurable desease. all around i didnt have a choice. if i sounded a little to happy about it in sorry. but you had to be there to see it to full apriciate it. i knew the girls probably wouldnt find this amusing, but i dont have anyone to talk to out here, so i fogured id talk to erryone on here.and sorry sunni, i know its sad, and sound horrible, but if i have to decide raccoon or me, its so eazy i dont even hesitate. i would shoot 100000000000 raccoons before alowing them to eat my crop and potentially starve me
dont sweat it dude. maybe a little too much glee shown but other than that dont sweat it. there will always be the self-righteous bleeding hearts crews of the world just waiting to judge others but thats just so they can draw attention away from themselves and their own issues (and believe me..... we all have them). you protected your livelihood. obviously when you clearly stated "racoon" (disease ridden rodent) it meant the same thing to some as "neighbors kid". youll never make headway against that mentallity. the "murder" thing was simply assinine. you are the only one in your position, no one else. handle your business. if you find yourself in a situation that some may consider your actions questionable, phone a bud and avoid the bleeding heart judgementalism from posting it here. peace and happy hat making. p.s. lets see how long it takes someone to say i support use of deadly force against people to defend against vandalism. bwaahh-haah-haah.

So i was going about my normal routine, when i heard some fucked up noises in the ranchhouse. i knew i knew the noise, but couldnt remember what caused it. so i went and got my bow (i dont own firearms, they add to chargess if you get raided, plus you loose en, and bows . i know using a bow indoor is rediculous, however they are deadle at close range and are silent). there is another bonus. you can fire the arrow, or you can use it as a stabbing weapon.and i have broadheads. for those who dont know what that means, look up a picture of broadhead arrows. they aint kn joke...

anyway, i go down the stairs, bow ready, and liw and behold there is a raccoon wrecking my shit. I dont like harming normal animals for any reason, but i have a personal vendetta against all raccoons. i hate em all. my budy was like "hey they are smart, they wash their hands before eating". i winder what ms the point in washing up to eat garbage. i just hate errything about em. i always have.

anyway, i shot it imidiatly. it was only about 15 feet away, and it was up against the wall. when the arrow hit it, it nailed it to the wall. HA YOU FUCKING COCKSUCKER. now im gonna make me a raccoon hat today. bitch. time to dry the hide. that shit made my day. i got to fuck up not just a racoon, but i got to nail it to the wall with a broadhead for fucking with my plants. i just called my buddy a few miles away, when i told him he luaged in the phone so hard i thought he was gonna run outta air.

has anyone ever had the joy of getting vengance against a crop damaging pest? if so, let is know. im sure theirs gotta be some other goodones. ive heard of someone catching a pesky dope fiend squirl with a snare. but that story lacked the excitement of this morning. all that happened is he went one day and the little bitch was choked out at the base of a plant. i know dope is good, but the shits expensive. fuck sharing it with anything that dosent have a wallet. i love

animals, but now when they fuck with my crop.

That's a myth, they use their hands to feels, they're super sensative for finding shell fish and shit.

I know a family that keeps a raccoon as a pet. Sorta.

The guy was an exterminator and found the baby raccoon. Instead of killing it he kept it as a pet. Well when the raccoon hit puberty it started tearing up furniture and not wanting to be held AND fighting to stay out of it's cage.

So they keep it in the cage 24/7. Poor thing paces all day long. Been in there for like 4 years. THAT is animal cruelty.

I don't even go over there anymore. Once I realized they were keeping it kenneled all the time I can't stand to be over there. They should of raised it past weaning and then let it go.

They are disease carriers in my locale...almost all are..it is a high desert environment here so they drink whatever they find which spreads the hantavirus and rabies amongst others...so yeah I kill 'em all

Am originally born and bred coon ass from SW Louisiana...have hunted boar for $$$ to reduce the pestilence and damage they cause...but of course ate em too...have hunted/trapped/fished almost anything you can think of...if it is gonna "F" with my garden, livestock, or their feed they die....I like the kill and don't care what the petas and tree huggers think...if they come mess with me and my property will gladly shoot them as well

To each his own!
Some are afraid to ride a bull and some are not.

Also you don't pet a wild coon unless you have the desire to do so.

Croc boy died from a stingray barb piercing and not a gator so your pic of him
is irrelevant. He didn't play it smart and he could still be alive if he didn't pull that barb out and
btw, no one nor anything in any setting is bigger then nature my friend.

I mentioned, in passing, someone's errant spelling the other day. A general courtesy, if you will. So, he called me out on a grammar/spelling error. But, my grammar and spelling were impeccable (in that post) he used "off" instead of "of." I didn't have the heart to correct THAT along with pointing out his error in calling my spelling out.
sum ppl's kids huh lol i knew u were foolin sal good bro anything i say on here is just for jokes so dont take me seriously unless its about cannabis then il get back to being informative... lol no auto correct on that one! hahaha

Haven't read through the whole thread, but it sounds like the OP takes a bit too much pleasure in killing. No, you wouldn't want your crop destroyed, but damn..chase him out and SECURE your garden. If you leave your garden open for varmits, or in view or unprotected from prying eyes or the law, then that's on you.
