that's not a right. says nothing about large capacity mags in the constitution and the SCOTUS made it clear in heller that your right to bear arms is not unlimited.my right to bear arms with large magazines.

so you would give up your son or daughter's life so that people can have guns that they do not even need or have practical use for?one life is not worth my freedom.
another one! you are a great pitcher!
yes I think saving 200 lives a year is worth limiting mag size and types of weapons fools carry...For the record I would compromise with a 15 mag size limit..not ten
Well then are you for banning bathtubs then? 370 bathtub injuries a DAY!! 345 Deaths per year, JUST DUE TO BATHTUBS!!!! You must be for banning them, after all, even one life could be saved!!sorry I thought I did answer...Yes it made a difference if it saved ONE life...Did having the ban cause a death ????
go hunting with your bath tub and see how well you do. after you get done, take a shower with your AR15.Well then are you for banning bathtubs then? 370 bathtub injuries a DAY!! 345 Deaths per year, JUST DUE TO BATHTUBS!!!! You must be for banning them, after all, even one life could be saved!!
The logic astounds me.
not one of your rights to have large mags..Do you have the right to own a grenade launcher too ???my right to bear arms with large magazines.
man, they should warm up the bullpen. you should change the subject like canndo and buck when you aren't winning. or result to personal attacks, buck is especially good at using that tactic to get under people's skin.
here, we go again. it doesn't specify whether or not. with or without, up or down, left or right, backwards or forwards, inside or out, concealed or open, west or east.that's not a right. says nothing about large capacity mags in the constitution and the SCOTUS made it clear in heller that your right to bear arms is not unlimited.
might I suggest a bath mat and don't stand up when jacking your pecker in the showerWell then are you for banning bathtubs then? 370 bathtub injuries a DAY!! 345 Deaths per year, JUST DUE TO BATHTUBS!!!! You must be for banning them, after all, even one life could be saved!!

Who decides if they need a gun or not? Who decides if the reason you have a gun is practical or not?so that people can have guns that they do not even need or have practical use for?
So you want to ban bathtubs, what else? Ban the fucking grass, 13 people died last year from grass related injuries.might I suggest a bath mat and don't stand up when jacking your pecker in the shower
Thanks ...but again you can still bare...opps bear armsbtw, it's bear arms not bare arms Dianne.
why not, the 2nd amendment doesn't say, just like the 1st doesn't say you can't incite violence. it's just there, it says what it says. who is to say who is right and who is wrong?not one of your rights to have large mags..Do you have the right to own a grenade launcher too ???
ummmm I said get a bath mat and stop jerking off in shower..So you want to ban bathtubs, what else? Ban the fucking grass, 13 people died last year from grass related injuries.
so you think we all have a right to own a grenade launcher ???why not, the 2nd amendment doesn't say, just like the 1st doesn't say you can't incite violence. it's just there, it says what it says. who is to say who is right and who is wrong?
are you omnipotent? i know i'm not, and i'm certain the supreme court isn't either. a law, any law, is simply consensus opinion.
consensus opinions change over time.
many people haveso you would give up your son or daughter's life so that people can have guns that they do not even need or have practical use for?
What right are you talking about? Your rights are not specifically enumerated you dummy. The 2nd amendment clearly says that the government may not ever enact a law that infringes on the citizen's right to bear arms, nothing in there that says we have the right o bear arms, it is assumed.not one of your rights to have large mags..Do you have the right to own a grenade launcher too ???
i don't know. how many people would be killed every year?so you think we all have a right to own a grenade launcher ???
that's 0.3333333333% of the U.S. population if you want to do the math. small drops in a bucket even for 1 million gun deaths per year.the question should be, how many dead Americans make me uncomfortable enough to trade in my freedom. it would probably take at least 1 million/year.
no supreme court ever would side with your interpretation of the second as giving you unlimited rights to own whatever arms and ammo you want.why not, the 2nd amendment doesn't say, just like the 1st doesn't say you can't incite violence. it's just there, it says what it says. who is to say who is right and who is wrong?

it also says freedom of speech may not be abridged, but freedom of speech is abridged. What right are you talking about? Your rights are not specifically enumerated you dummy. The 2nd amendment clearly says that the government may not ever enact a law that infringes on the citizen's right to bear arms, nothing in there that says we have the right o bear arms, it is assumed.
Dummies like you think that the constitution givers people their rights, that we actually get our rights from a piece of paper. How quaint that the children don't understand the truth.
self defense is practical and necessary.Who decides if they need a gun or not? Who decides if the reason you have a gun is practical or not?
Sounds like you are trying to say that defending your own life or your family's lives is not practical or necessary. Is that what you are trying to get at?
