The thin mint pheno doesn't develop it's full terpene profile until right before you harvest it. It should change flavors a few more times before it's finished. I'm not sure if that's thin mints or not, but it definitely could be. Looks about right.
Also what is or isn't "thin mints" is pretty subjective. I've probably seen over 100 different "thin mints", no two the same. If it has a slight hint of mint chocolate when it's done, it's thin mints. The fruity flavor in the beginning is normal. In a week or two it will start to be masked by an OG flavor, then finally it'll get it's cookies flavor right at the end. Only developing a thin mints aroma after curing.
