Personally... I've told my girl that if she feels the need for something else, I'm cool with it. Let's just be honest with each other. It hasn't gone there yet. I don't know if she would really come out with it if she did want to. I would though.
Truly being faithful on both sides for many years is really not easy. My guess... it's probably pretty rare.
