it really doesn't matter how justified 'you' think you were in shooting, remember you might have to convince 12 people (like me) on a jury that you were justified......

That is very good advice. No matter what happens after, if you shoot somebody dead your life is changed from that day forward.

Good advice. Pulling the gun is just insurance that it will end better for the puller than the pullee

Remember as soon as you show a gun, you have given the other guy reason to fear for his life, and use deadly force against you. Don't pull it, unless your gonna use it......because the other guy may have one & would be defending himself from you!.......

When a person pulls a gun out, he should be looking for the reason to NOT fire it. Because the reason TO fire should already be clearly justifying his pulling of it imo.
