it really doesn't matter how justified 'you' think you were in shooting, remember you might have to convince 12 people (like me) on a jury that you were justified......

Good advice. Pulling the gun is just insurance that it will end better for the puller than the pullee

When a person pulls a gun out, he should be looking for the reason to NOT fire it. Because the reason TO fire should already be clearly justifying his pulling of it imo.
