you make foolish assumptions.
fences are there to keep assholes OUT. when somebody jumps a fence at 3 in the morning, they are up to no good. when faced with an armed homeowner, reaching under your shirt like you got a heater is a sure way to get blasted.

"cutting across your lawn" is not an apt description of climbing over a fence at 3 in the morning, especially not for "a 14-year-old with a history of burglary arrests"

I guess I was just "following" this buck before I caught up with it and put an arrow thru him. I wasn't really stalking, just following.....this buck would see it differently....I know what "stalking" is, I'm pretty good at it....
that picture appears to have been taken at night, and hunting is ILLEGAL after the sun goers down (and has been for more than 30 years in california) thus you would be a POACHER.

Nope, I had 'stalked' the buck for 3 miles from the nearest road. But the time I dragged him back, it was dark. But I guess in your world, you had enough evidence to convict me of poaching, you probably shoot poachers also...........nice job.......

One punch... one kill!
Another 17 year old boy in trouble. This one punched a soccer referee, one time, and killed the referee. The yute plead guilty to homicide and was sentenced to three years in juvenile detention.
I am pretty sure the referee didn't even have a 2 cm scrape on the back of his head. I have heard no news reports that the teen was doing an "MMA-style ground and pound" on the referee. This just goes to show that assaulting another person often has dire consequences.
