You get a slow release trickle....what a convenience. I asked about nitro because of the deep almost blueish color, and high N can affect P availability which also causes purpling.

Purple has been there since seedling and is strain specific. When you feed by 30-day cooked organic soil, you don't have the same toxicity issues that you get with scheduled feedings from a bottle. Any tip burn will be environmental from these babies. I expect a gradual lightening of the chlorophyll as I get into the final stages and the soil gets depleted. I will be top dressing with 60 day organic soil over the coming weeks.

The micro web does all the work. The hardest part about growing this way is doing nothing. It takes discipline not to add bloom foods, big bud bottles, and other stuff that could throw my soil out of whack.

Soil 6.7 PH was measured once (last week) in the last 112 days. Water is from tap stored in 5 gal plastic jugs until used and then refilled. I alternate between two jugs that last about a week between refills.

Stew had a really pretty purp hermie posted last week, I think? I have one plant that's showing heavy purples, bag seed. One is much lighter green than the rest. I let the plants do what they are going to do, seems to be less problematic than trying to correct every little thing that presents itself. Weed is pretty resilient by nature, we often forget that.

My only goal is to keep the plants producing pistils as long as I can before my trichs start turning amber. What they look like, I really don't care either way.

I envy that....I tend to get bored so I take on all sorts of tangential distractions. Still my best yield ever was a tent that was neglected due to a major health problem and a move. Go figure....less is more sometimes.

LOL, this is what happened to my Jack The Ripper...
Forgot that my BioMarine had N in it and a combination of that and my bloom nutes gave me what I have now, excessive N.
But since these are bottled nutes, I should be able to get away with a good flush, and not using BioMarine throughout flowering anymore. The molasses alone should be food enough for the microbes.

Thanks for making me take another look at my jtr photos, Burger. I think you just saved the yield of my plant. REP.

Knowing that and knowing that temps have not changed helps me know for sure it was excess N.
Surprised at myself for not noticing that coupled with the dark leaves.
Too much dabbing lately, I swear.

Look hot on N to me. Probably cold on the P. I hope it makes a real difference for you man. I like to use fulvic acid after flushing....makes them eat faster. Go get em tiger.

I feel it's the lack of P uptake based on too much N.

Hell, these plants get top dressed with High-P guano mid-way through flowering.

Appreciate the heads up Burger. Lot of growers on here specialize in certain areas and it furthers our knowledge as a group. I will keep an eye on that plant and let you know if I see any growth issues. First time using this soil, so it's kind of hit and miss.

Oh man I had some Green Crack clones, looked exactly like those, but I didn't get more clones before I flowered them. Great plants to grow, super rock hard dense buds, like rocks in the jar when they're all done curing. Great strain. It's what I'm medicating with right now actually
