ChroniK, she died a long time ago, but it was ok, as the new seedlings were outpacing her by a mile, and I did not have room for all

Update on rez flooming: The 160 gph pumps tend to clog easily and get all crudded up inside the tiny hole non-removable grill. I put a nylon sock over one after cleaning it this morning. Cleaned by running it in soap water and tapping it firmly on the ground, but used a tub to keep the mess inside

Update

I decided to remove the HH Rings from both rezes in an effort to determine why pH raises over night.

LED Tent

I placed the large WH plant inside a 4 liter AP, no added rocks, just so I could keep the HH Ring stable and therefore properly water the plant. This issue will be resolved next grow

I removed the HH Ring that was watering the 2 males (well hopefully males) replaced it with a shut off valve + two fittings + 2 sort 1/2" tubing. There should be adequate water to soak their entire root systems

There are so many variables/permutations to ordering the panels, compounded by China going on a 7 day holiday starting tomorrow, so no panels will be ordered until they get back. This is a bummer, as the led tent can use > 50 more watts

Having trouble loading new pics. Stay tuned. I had no problem loading them on IC, so looks like RIU is the problem

Still unclear whether magnets in repel v attract do anything different, or that eliminating the HH Ring from the LED rez helped with pH, but plants are all doing quite well- best in my experience. some of that is due to having both lights and watering systems much better dialed in.

I ill have to keep a closer watch on nute consumption, which has gone way up, and we know what that means

How do you know what the nute consumption is?

i would imagine if he has a tds or ppm meter since it is a recirculationg and not a drain to waste setup his ppm readings are lower = they are consuming more. like he fills res and his ppm starts at 1000 next day 950 day after 900...

Seriously, you think I would not have a TDS meter? Are you high?

Of course I check both at the same time. If/when ppms are down, I add more nutes, when ppm is up I add more water, then I adjust pH

My comment was not directed at you, but I am capable of answering myself, so...
sit back and enjoy the grow

I use a Sentinel digital timer in my HOT5 tent.

At night I reset it to only feed every 3 hours 27 minutes. I reset back to 27 minutes each morning.

This morning I forgot. I went to check on plants some 3 hours later to find the plant at the end of the feed line was somewhat wilted. The other 2 were mostly unaffected.

I decided to increase the time between feedings from 27 minutes to 54 minutes. Curious to see whether this makes plants hungrier, and therefor provide a bigger growth spurt, which has been steady @ ~ 2" per 24 hours

Hey Pet, do you mix your own nutes, custom percentages of the primary N P K and then secondary mixes and what about "Micro-nutrients". I guess most people would just buy pre-mixes?

Been using Hydroponic Research VEG+BLOOM for > one year. It is a complete dry formula

Why do you have to keep setting your timer? Is it not a 24 hour 7 day timer? Even my budget timer has this function...I thought you would have this ironed out so that you dont have to worry and all your energy can go into the growing of your ladies...

How long has the 2 inch growth spurt every 24 hours been going on? Thats pretty extreme!

I can set feed cycle for one O/O cycle 24/7. If I want to alter it for less frequent night feedings I have to reset it, then in the morning reset it back to light cycle feeding

What's happening now is a completely new set of leafs popping up from the top of the main stalk every 24 hours
