Is it possible to achieve a house from growing?

Yield is a very touchy subject on these forums, and a ounce goes for $300. Not sure about mids or regs.

But a quick calculation, saying that if I was an absolute shit grower and got an ounce per plant. 8 plants with one ounce off ea one is 8 ounces, every 4 weeks (average). Say I wholesaled and got $250 per ounce. That is still $2k every 4 weeks, not taking into account costs. Once again this was a "worst scenario" possible.

The best thing you can do is get a stable job, move into your own place, then grow. Marijauana has a very potent smell, especially when it is growing. Your parents house is going to reek like dope so bad everyone that visits them will know. A commercial landlord will not be happy with you growing either, even if you keep the rent paid. I rent a house from my parents, dirt cheap and they don't care that I grow weed because its legal and they grow it also.

And growing is half the challenge. You need to be able to get rid of it without getting busted also. There are too many steps to this to explain...

Or maybe... You could graduate, get a job, save then get a place and then grow. Why is it so imparative that you grow so much right now? And in your parents house where they may or may not be ok with it. If it is cool with them, I guess you could do a plant or two for persies. But I'm not saying you should. Your a minor (assumed) and In a place where you are risking more than just your safety and lawfulness. It's a bad idea bro. But your gonna do as you please.

Is this or is this not a forum BASICALLY about growing? If you do not grow yourself, then why are you? For educational purposes? I am obviously not the only person on these forums that plan or DO grow in their parent's house. Whether it be sometime simple like a brown box in the closet, a grow tent in their room, to utilizing the ENTIRE basement. Just the other day someone got busted in Georgia for using the entire house as a grow place.

there are people here with entire basements filled, and even buildings. not to mention the people who don't make themselves known. if the average person had the BALLS to expand, they would. like 420 said, anything is possible. I am merely looking for opinions besides "you will get caught"

the answer to "should i do this" is no. but the real question is "can i achieve a house from growing". the right off the bat answer is yes. but i want to know if it can be done with 8 plants every 4 weeks (average), in a year's time.

EDIT: "achieve" being anywhere from completely owning, downpayment, renting, etc

If you do plan on going into the weed business, maybe you can get a connection that will sell you wholesale and you sell retail? Its the basic of any business I guess...

This would make it so you do not have to grow weed and risk everything your parents worked for. Not to mention they are going to see a huge jump in their electric bill and investigate it...

I have been in your position before. Your young and thinking about the future, and how fuckin' hard it is to make money when your starting at the bottom. Life gets better gradually if you take the right steps forward. Help always comes, and it always comes late.

If you are going to grow weed, I would grow one crop at a time. Running two sets of lights will make your electric company the happiest mufukas ever. Get rid of the weed while you grow another crop. You are going to need a place to stash your money and weed, because I can guarantee you are going to get busted.

Just because other people risk losing their parents house doesn't mean it's right. I don't understand why you are so impatient. Get a job and or an education and get your own place. It's that easy.
