The milk solution is just 10 parts water to 1 or 2 parts 2% milk. SO, as an example, if you had 10 cups of water, you would add 1 or 2 cups of milk to this, shake it up and spray. I have seen powdery mildew do that to the leaves, fix the mildew and you should be good to go. CK
