I just found a picture of your air pump from a while ago. It looks like a decent amount of air, so it may not be your air pump. How often do you run the ebb and flow?

Can you show us your air pump? I also think it may be lack of oxygen.

Can you tell me two things? One, what is your humidity at? When you have a fully sealed room, humidity is always gets very high, and is easy to overlook. Also, are you sure there is enough oxygen in your water?

Are you absolutely certain that the light leak from your veg compartment is not leaking into your flowering compartment?

Do you use anything else besides clay pellets for your medium? Is there any coco or rockwool in those buckets?
