I think they're fine. Dont panick or get freaked out cause you see a little yellow or something. It's gonna happen. Just watch and monitor it and see if it gets worse or spreads. If that happens then I'd say somethings wrong

Ok so here are the pics I've been long waiting to take. I wish I could of got some when I first bought this plant as a clone from the medical clinic. Got it at about 2" tall and 2 sets of leaves on April 7, 2009. Started at 24/0 and started 12/12/ on 4/23/09. This is my 1st grow. 100% CFL...

Ok So im on day 32 of flowering on my patinum bubba kush clone. (dont know if im counting right, 32 since i switched to 12/12) Everything is looking pretty good, but I have a lot of the hairs or pistols turning a brownish orange already.. Is this normal for it to happen this early? Btw...

I'd say yes they are a dark green for sure. not dark, dark, dark, but definately a dark green. And that actually explains it a lot better. they are clawing down..just the tips

I guess you played it safe. But I dont think the cops walked into your garage and saw some shake and stems. Even if they did dont think they would really give a shit. It would be a hassle for them to come back and get you for some stems lol. But I live in Cali. There not to strict on herbs here

That is my question. started flowering 3 weeks ago..All my fan leaves look fine, nice green color, sticking straight out or even pointing a little upwards. But the leaves on the bud sites (the small growth) are curling down.. Is this normal?

A higher wattage cfl would be nice, but even if you add a couple or a few more 25w cfl's you'll be ok. the more light the better! Low wattage cfl's like that dont put off too much heat so you should be ok. Just make sure they dont grow into the light (touch the light) because then yes if they...

Im sure you guys know a lot more about growing than I do, im not denying that, im a newb. But I think your making it more complicated then it really is. Hes using ONE 25w cfl and is on 18/6. of course its growing slow.

simply put, get a higher wattage cfl or add more cfl's. And your two weeks into it...But I'd run 24/0 light cycle, i prefer that over 18/6 for veg. But it may be too late for you to switch over to that, im not sure. Next time try 24/0 for vegging, it grows faster
