I don't get or agree with rinsing the plant to sterilize stray pollen. If this happened, no plants could ever propogate naturally because every time it rained the pollen would become sterilized. Very good advice overall, but I heartily disagree with this part.

Get rid of the tin foil, and move the lights closer or the plants closer to the lights. Other than that it all looks good. The foil has almost zero reflectivity and can/will actually cause hot spots that can cook leaves.
