Hold your hand under the light at canopy height if it's hot to your hand it is hot to your crop. I don't know what a cm is but my light sometimes is 21'' away from top of plants. Running a small fan across the top helps. GL!

Consider nothing safe. In the USA we have less freedom everyday,trust no one. I expect with the threat of more taxes the hydroponic stores are forced into giving up anything they have about us. To stay safe,trust no one anytime or where.

I kept hearing this & that so I tried it with 2 NL side by side,I got about half again on the 1 I defoliated,but I hate that stall. How many post do you have to have to know everything? There is something to be said for defoliation,but it's way over my head. It's a lot more work to do it...
