    Diagnosis please

I agree w/ hotrodharley……a plant’s biggest need for phosphorus is early-mid flower. Now exactly how to resolve the problem is another story. I’ll leave that to more experienced farmers, but I grow with dry organics and top dress w/ bone meal right after I flip…..it seems to be working.

    Well here goes

U might think about supercropping those tops that are outgrowing the others. I had the same issue on my last run and was amazed at the process. Dick simple to do and suddenly those lower buds become more “top-like”……plus it evens out your canopy and that’s a good thing. Things look great...

    Help with topping and training

Is this what you’re talking about. I kinda twisted, bent and pinched at the same time. I super cropped a few branches on my last plant and it turned out great.

Calmag deficiency or too much bio-pk?

It’s truly amazing how simple the process can be if you let it. I too struck out with the many bottles of liquid this and fast acting that. My best results have been using buffered coco with a good all purpose dry fert mixed in for veg….then once flowering starts top dress some of the...

    Help with topping and training

Hello all, I have 2 feminized photoperiod plants that are not quite a month from seed. I moved them from solo cups to their current 1gal homes about 2 weeks ago. I topped them both 5 days ago and they seem to be moving right along. I removed the 2 large top fan leaves from each plant to get...

    Too dry after a week

I would give them another day or two and you might see the rh rise a little. What really sucks is the accuracy of the hygrometers is all over the map. At first i bought a pack of 12….cheap ones off Amazon. They are a joke. I could put 5 of them in the same jar of buds and they will all...

    What’s causing these faded spots?

I think u were right….those washed out areas appeared just before I started giving cal mag. I usually don’t give much of anything until they are a couple weeks old and these seedlings grew fast…..so they were decent size before they got the cal mag. I’ve since given twice and the faded areas...

    What’s causing these faded spots?

I know it’s kinda hard to see but the lower plant has a few spots that are kind of faded. They aren’t yellow spots or like any other I’ve seen. It’s like the leaf was painted green and the coat of paint went on a little thin in a few spots. For the record, they are diesel feminized 18 days...

    Too dry after a week

I’ve wet trimmed my last 2 harvests and was able to get my conditions to 60f/60% rh. I had good airflow in the room but nothing blowing directly on the buds. I was surprised that in 6-7 days they were ready to jar. The last run has been in jars for almost a month and the taste and smell is...

    Help

Does anyone ever top more than once?? It seems like one topping followed by some LST is a popular combination for most average size grows.

Any benefit to letting this plant continue?

I took your advice and gave it a dose of Buddha Bloom, which is .5-2-1, and is a liquid organic. I also added some crushed langebeinite, which nis fast acting if it’s dissolved. I had to crush the little pieces into a powder which wasn’t easy. Anyway, she’s not drinking much at all, so it...

Any benefit to letting this plant continue?

She’s not drinking much at all….but the coco drains well, so I can try to feed some of the liquid Buddha Bloom.

Any benefit to letting this plant continue?

Hello, I’m at the tail end of my grow. Started w/ 3 and recently harvested the first 2. This last plant didn’t show pistils until almost 3 weeks after the flip to 12/12….which was on July 14. So I think it’s accurate to say it’s been flowering since Aug 2 or 3. It’s a Gelato OG from 207...

    HLG 650 R grow

HLG r-spec produces some jawbreaker hard nuggets……nice job on some beautiful plants. I run the 320xl r-spec (from HLG) and have the hardest rocks on the block.

Need advice finishing this organic grow…

I think u hit the nail on the head with the smell…..I’m afraid she’s in the beginning stages of losing some of the aroma. i just watered today….so I think I’ll let her dry out for a day or two and then chop time.

Need advice finishing this organic grow…

Hello, my current run is my first attempt at growing organically as well as my first grow in coco. It’s went surprisingly well….I started with 3 plants, a Jack Herer, an Amnesia, and a Gelato OG. I flipped them to 12/12 on July 14 and the Jack was showing pistils immediately. I harvested it...

Can my leaves be hotter than the air temp under LED?

Wow….usually folks don’t respond well to my posts because I ramble on too long…..I’m stoked to see such a lively discussion. I’m hoping it’s my thermometer b/c everything else in my grow space is dialed in pretty good. I have the intake and exhaust in ideal positions w/ an exhaust fan that’s...

Can my leaves be hotter than the air temp under LED?

I don’t mean to pick sides as all I’m trying to do is grow buds that are better than my brother in law’s…..but I’ve did quite a bit of reading over the past 24 hours and every published source that I read indicated that in an ideal environment, the LST should be slightly lower than air temps...
