Help….what is happening to my plants?

Hello, I am growing 2 plants, both photos, outside and just discovered some serious problems. The plants are on a remote piece of land and I only see them once a week or so. They grew so tall and stretched so much, they’ve gotten hard to manage. Anyway, something is basically killing some of...

    Grass Hay smell?

U may be on to something there. It’s getting better but I still think the majority of plants are harvested too early. I have some photos starting their 8th week of 12/12 and they reek, are frosty as hell, and have many pistils that have turned orange. I’m guessing another month….give or...

    Grass Hay smell?

Interesting comments Mr. Lightfoot, coincidental too, as I was listening to “Sundown” in my car just a few min ago….but I digress. When u mention the potassium, manganese, boron def, are u referring to the crispy sugar leaves? Or what exactly gives it away? And am I correct in thinking the...

    GG4 - Day 62 - When to harvest?

Maybe I stated things wrong or maybe they are being misconstrued…..I dunno. I didn’t say anything specifically about N. What I did say was that the plant should continue to be fed when there are weeks to go. As far as my reference to “the book”, I wasn’t referring to an actual publication...

Another top dress or not before the finish line.

Hello all, I have 3 plants, all different strains, growing in Fox Farms 70/30 buffered coco, amended with dry organics, in 5 gal pots. Under a HLG 320 led. They are on day 51 since the flip. They were top dressed 35 days ago with the same dry organics w/less N and more P&K. The biggest...

should her leaves be praying, is this considered "drooping" or am I just fine and overthinking it all?

I have a pretty similar light (HLG 320xl r-spec) and I’ve gotten great results at that stage with it turned down a bit…to maybe 80%…..and 26-28” above canopy. I’ll keep it at 80% through veg and about a week or two into flower. Then I will gradually move it closer and ease up the...

    Am i close to harvest?

You have a solid month before even thinking about harvesting. It looks great and is extra frosty for 5 weeks in, but will get even better as each week passes. Keep fed and as unstressed as possible. If u get some fading in the leaves, don’t panic and start dumping bottles of nutes on it. But...

    First time outdoor grow questions

Congrats on getting back into growing……I’m kinda in the same boat. I grew only outdoor many years ago, decided to start growing indoors just a couple yrs ago, and recently fired up my first outdoor plants in over 20 years. You’ve gotten some excellent advice so far and I don’t have much to...

    Small pot big plant

Those are great looking, healthy plants and at their size your yield may suffer a bit, as opposed to a bigger pot, but you’ll be surprised how much dried flower you’ll get. Well done.

What to do with my amended coco grow?

So far I don’t see any male parts or nanners, so far so good. I didn’t really think through the potential issues when I decided to grow 3 different strains. And they are all very different. The Gelato OG started showing her pistils last and has almost zero orange ones, but they are the...

What does this girl need??w/ pics

Have 3 photos, a Jack Herer, a gelato og, and an amnesia, all growing under a HLG 320 r-spec led, in Fox Farms 70/30 coco. It was amended for veg w/ Gaia Green 4-4-4, EWC, kelp meal and bat guano (10-3-1)….they vegged in their 5 gal pots for 5 weeks or so. Today is day 34 since the flip to...

    Puzzled

I have a similar problem using coco with dry amendments. I don’t water daily and the top layer is very dry when I do. I found that misting the top (with a couple oz of water) gets it damp and allows the water to penetrate quickly and evenly. I keep a tiny little spray bottle handy for that...

What deficiency could this be please?

To the OP: What kind of light and how big is that pot.?? And what exactly is your growing medium? Someone else mentioned transplanting but I can’t tell what it’s growing in presently. Honestly, a pic of the entire plant could generate a lot of help for you. You’ve said it was 15”...

What to do with my amended coco grow?

I am growing 3 photos in a 2’x6’ space under a HLG 320 R-spec. 3 different strains (Amnesia, Gelato OG, and Jack Herer). I moved away from soil and tried Fox farms 70/30 buffered coco. I amended with my own concoction of Gaia Green 4-4-4, EWC, bat guano 10-3-1, and kelp meal. They all did...

    Any info helps

You can hang the plant whole with all the leaves still attached….that will slow down the dry a little. Hot temps and low humidity is just the opposite of what you need. u might look into the brown paper bag in the refrigerator method….if it’s a possibility. Many have posted great results...

    Any info helps

Also your dry and cure will make or break how the buds smell, taste and overall quality. Hang the plant in a dark space with the temps at 60F and 60%rh or as close to it as possible. My last dry the coolest I could get it was 69-70f and I was able to get my rh locked in at 60% and the buds...

    Any info helps

The buds look dank and super sticky…..u couldn’t ask for much better looking flowers at their current stage. Although I see some issues with a few of your leaves. Try to keep them well fed and happy (translation—keep them green) until the end. -They still have a few weeks….and depending on...
