    Yes on the sodium. Bennies = beneficial bacteria. Recharge is loaded with them would be a good addition to your grows. Look into some mycorrhizae for your future transplants.

    I put it in the yard debris container. The county comes and takes it away. Then I get to buy it back from them when I fill my outdoor raised beds in the Spring. I'm a dummy.
