    Can’t control temp

80° is fine. Where’s your temp gauge sitting? Also, even if the driver is outside the tent but still in the closet the intake is still gonna draw in heat. But if 80° is your max temp you’re fine.

How to raise the ph of my soil quickly.

Are your plants showing you any signs they’re not happy? Hard to tell in that light.

Which is a better potting soil and why?

I’ve thought about Blumats, but I enjoy hand watering every day. It’s therapeutic, but also, keeps me connected with the plants. Might be nice when going out of town but I can always find someone to tend them for me.

Which is a better potting soil and why?

Nothing wrong with either though I prefer Roots 707 if you can find it. The charge takes me completely through veg and I only buy/use bloom nutes.

    Should i harvest now?

Nobody’s after hairs man. They are just a better indicator of readiness than trichomes and you have way too many white ones still. If you don’t want to hear opinions why post the question?

    Should i harvest now?

You still have too many whities to even be considering trichomes yet.

I *think* these are aphids.. not sure

If you’re infested it doesn’t matter what type of mite at this point. Insecticidal soap spray a few times over the next week should suppress them.

    beer good

It’s a good beer. You can only drink it around this time of year though. A michelada is universal.

Started 50 seeds ended with 1 female plant

That's insane. Gotta be environmental or grower error at that percentage/ratio. Though I will say the only time I ever bought a pack of Archive seeds I got 1 female out of 10. Couple non sprouts and the rest males. Never bought their stuff again.

    Compact indoor gardening advice please

Root veggies like beets, carrots, parsnips damp off pretty easily. That could be the problem with your beets. One observation: some of the vegetation looks light green, maybe it's the lights? Or it could be overwatering, the soil looks very wet. Looks like a fun project. I'm done with the...

    Compact indoor gardening advice please

That’s a great setup for lettuces and anything micro. Also for starts. I’d run with the light you have first just to see which do or don’t like it. As you are finding, some plants will thrive, some will fail. That setup for your wife should be slamming though. And more productive than one of...

Stupid question about “flowering stage weeks”.

I don't usually count, but when I do, I count from the end of the stretch. That when I consider flowering to start. Until then it's more like budding. 8 weeks from the end of the stretch and you're done 99% of the time.

    beer good

Mash out your own grain if possible. If you have to use packaged malt extract use the powder over the syrup for a cleaner flavor. With clementines coming into season, a nice addition to your IPA would be some peels, with little to no pith, sanitized in vodka, and dropped into your secondary...

    Hermie?

A lot of people confuse the single calyxes that grow on the lowest nodes for ball sacks. Either way I would absolutely let them roll. Just keep checking.

2 questions about temperature and pH level in soil…

OK now we're getting somewhere. 450W is way different from 4000W. You basically have a 450W light regardless what their marketing says. Don't know which light you're using but if you get .5 grams per watt from a cheap LED light you're running about average.
