There's plenty of info on whats classed as a cautious ppm. I think its between 500-800 but I would suggest double checking. I totally understand you wanting to get it right first time. Just keep PH between 5.5 to 6 and start low on nutes.

Well I just put my clones in a dome. Keep humidity high and root temp around 24C day and night in root riot cubes that aren't to moist or dry.

Hydroton allows you to water more. This inturn increases oxygen to the roots when the water drains. Though Rockwool is obviously less mess.

I only takes like a day under optimal conditions to go from one root too several.

Best bet I would think is to get 35% food grade H202 and dilute with distilled water down to 3%. Why do u mind me asking did u go with powder? More economical.
