Alright, here is my Bubba Kush girl. Feminized seed from Greenhouse. Growing in Scott's Premium Potting Soil. Began life under a 324w CFL rack, finished veg under a 400w MH. Topped her at three weeks old. She's a tad shy of six weeks old, and just went in to flower under a 600w HPS tonight...

Thanks, wonder! There are four 600w in that room, and the last two are getting fired up tonight - putting the vegging group in to flower. I'll snap a pic when they are going.:eyesmoke:

You don't grow with incandescant bulbs. The number of blades on the leaves means absolutely nothing.

Those aren't flowers, they are preflowers - which any plant will do, vegged long enough. You can continue to veg until you're ready. As for the burning - I can't really tell what's going on, from your pic.

Looks ok from the drawing, be easier to tell you once it's going. One comment on the CFL's - you get most of the light output from the side of the bulb, not the end - so keep that in mind, when designing your light rack.
