Looks overwatered again, but otherwise healthy. She is flowering - see the way the cluster of leaves on top (in the last two pics) is changing? That's a bud beginning to form.

It's because of the reduction in nutes. The nitrogen is what causes most of the smell, almost like it makes the plant fart. Cut it back, smell reduces. Give it nitrogen, and you'll find it smells again. Anyway - after curing the smell will come back again.

Sounds like you grew a Sativa dominant plant. Needed to flower longer, and they require tons of light. I noticed the same thing with my Train Wreck plants. the buds looked huge - and then they dried, down to barely an O off each plant. The density just wasn't there. Nothing you can really do...

The first pics you put up are also of a hermie - those hairs are coming out of pollen sacks.

They need to be in their own pots. Don't forget added perlite and holes in the bottom, for drainage. The wind has nothing to do with the potency of the plant. It will just make the stem stronger, and better able to support itself.

If you can afford it, just go get the dehumidifier. Why risk the buds you put three or four months into growing?

My humidity only goes to around 28% at the highest - haven't had problems with my vegging plants at all. Temps are much more critical.

Perfectly normal. Unless you see other issues along with it, there's no need to worry.

Walmart has 'em. Probably be much faster, for you to call stores near you and ask if they sell 'em.
