Plants don't count. We humans "count" The human can begin his count at the flip, or he can begin his count whenever he first sees signs of pistils. The plant doesnt much care. It's gonna do its thing.

Based on what can be seen in the pics here, NO they certainly are not ready to harvest. If you chop it too early both your yield and your potency will suffer. Good couple weeks out yet.

Week to 10 days you should start to see pistils. Hopefully you dont see little tiny balls .....Nobody much likes little tiny balls.
