Yellow tips, Red-ish stem, Yellow Spot

Looks awesome! Its overwatered (may be the cause of that discoloration). You can tell because the cerated edge of the leaves are stretching out so it can dissipate extra water

    2 weeks old... ROOT PROBLEM!?

you need to have water running over the top of the roots. When your roots dry out, all the hairs on them die and the hairs are actually what absorbs water and nutrients! Plus, you should never have anything in sitting water, it always has to circulate or else your roots will die from lack of oxygen

    multi vitamin on a plant

    When to use mollasses?

Thanks Dakin, very informative! good call on the H2O2, It does add extra oxygen but it will kill all your good root bacteria. I would put an aerating stone in your water reservoir if you want to add more oxygen to the roots

the sea of green only means you are going to have lots of smaller plants instead of bigger plants, so grow them to the right size and flower! remember they will grow another foot after you flower them

    Smell help

It will help in veg, but it will do NOTHING for you in flower. Not to mention, if your containing the smell because you cant filter it, your circulation is probably low too, which will stunt and eventually kill your plants. Best save up for a filter (under 100 bucks) or put a Ona spray product...

Need advice for 2 wk old seedlings

I wouldnt use either until they are about a foot tall. You risk burning them unless you are measuring their nutrient levels with a ppm meter. If you do feel comfortable using the pure blend though, i would use the calmag too

    Whats wrong with my plants....

Dont use ferts for the first 2-3 weeks, you just risk overfertalizing them for little gain. Use products that help the root base, but leave the nutrients until they start taking off!
