My thought is this rather that a 400 watt HPS why not get a small 150 watt HPS if your doing a small stealth grow? it wont put off as much heat and in a small space with a good hort bulb will put up good yeild now if your talking 4-6 med plants or ten small ones I'd go 400-600 but I woldnt call...

I clone my bottom branches during veg I saw a guy on you tube top during sec week of flowering and I thought to myself why? but his video was good and so was his yeild....I'd never clone during flowering seems like it would stress the potential clones even more than they are going to be anyway...

I thought when you ran hydro PH should be slightly acidic below 7 neautral more like 6-6.5 or even lower maybe there just being picky (the plants)

Looking at your pic seems like you ph is off, when you amended your soil did you add lime or anyother ph buffer?do you test your water? I only ask because PH problems look like a lack of some nute or another then you fertilize thinking that will take care of it and it makes it worse due to build...

I have done it before let me tell you it stressed the hell out of my plants out of 27.... 5 turned hermie and yeild went down and maturation slowed but they did finish just 2 weeks late and with some beans I wouldn't unless I had to just finish up and switch next go round
