oh.i dont have asthma but when i get sick alot of times i'll have that problem. it drives me nuts as i just want to get high but its hard when you can only take a hit every 4 or 5 minutes. i cant imagine how much that must suck with asthma like that.

a mixed spectrum is best. for veg i'd use 1 red spectrum bulb for every 2 blue spectrum bulbs and for flower 1 blue spectrum for every 2 red spectrum bulbs.

I use hgh output spectrally enhanced hps bulb for both veg and flower. It has outdone normal hps/normal mh/ ceramic mh in both stages for me. I would get a hps ballast and a h.o. hps bulb if i were you.
