I've seen people use a 250w MH for Veg and a 250w HPS for flowering and have gotten very nice harvest. Make sure to vent the heat from the light(s) so that your grow area don't get to hot. If you watch Mr. Green he uses T5 bulbs for veg and HPS for flowering.

If I was using a grow light I would vent the hot air into an area and have a fan bringing cool air into that area to cool the hot air before venting it either into your house

if you can I would try to keep it as long as you can and try to get as mant tops as you can to get higher yeild for a smaller space

I am very cerious to , I think the strain that takes longer to flower would yeild longer , I don't know if I have both of them among the strains that I bought. If you take a look at my journal and let me know if I have Sativa and Indicas

Thanks , that's just a temp setup till I build my grow area in my closet so I'm not to woried about getting the best quite yet , once I start building my grow area then that's when I'm going to do more setup planing I don't plan on going hard on the nutes since I'm new to this, if any thing...

1 - To hot or to cold 2 - over watering/duner watering 3 - PH level to high or to low does thoes cups have drainage holes at the bottom? if not it would be a good idea to have some so that you don't drown them

Once your plants has sprouted in the dome start to give them more air every day
