always go for the most light available. give them space to breath, why are you using FOIL??? paint white instead, aluminium foil concentrates light in small spaces and can burn u plant, also not even distribution of light and heat, ,paint it all white mate..

I guess the whole start to finish thing is the same as growing mj. The more light the better. As we know generally the more light = more heat to manage.. How much produce are you looking for? T5 doesnt sound good enough mate, being as they normally are suitable for seedlings and maybe very small...
