With bagseed you don't know the history - what's happened to them. They aren't treated especially gentle and can be damaged before you even get them. Not to say you can't get good seed from a bag - just saying, it isn't reliable enough to base an experiment on.

I've never seen spiral halogens either, are you sure you don't have CFL's? (The package might say equivilant to 100w halogen).

That's an interesting experiment, anyway, I'm curious - did you have seeds from a specific strain, or were they bagseed? If it was bagseed, I don't know how valid the results would be, since the seeds have a lower germination rate to begin with usually. Might be worth it to try with regular...

Unless you can get the environment under control, starting again will only get you the same result. That said, I wouldn't give it up this far in. For such a large setup and that many lights, you're going to have to put AC in there.:peace:

Around here a quarter of the good stuff goes for around $70-$75 USD - but in the bigger cities I've seen it go for twice that, so who knows?:peace:

Yep you're running too many amps/watts on a single circuit. You'll have to either turn off some other things, put the light on a different circuit, or install another line just for the light.:peace:
