i use MG 3 month realease mixed with Hyponex soil (its made by the same company that owns MG) and i mix them with a tropic soil mix... i use Hyponex because its 2 dollars and it doesn't have NPK, which helps bring down the NPK in the 3 month release that can hurt seedlings at times...and i like...

it depends on you, truthfully... you have people that 12 12 from start to finish...other that veg for a month... others veg for a month and a half....and there are those that veg for 2 months...

more light would be good, but i sprouted like 12 seeds... have 6 under 1 26w and 1 30w and have the other 6 under the same thing... you can get away with it for the first week, maybe 2, depends... but then you have to apply more bulbs to get some goodass growth... so basically, you're ok for...

why are you sprouting them in so little soil.... should fill the cup up with soil, so the sprout can get a good root base within a week of sprouting... then you would be able to transplant much easier, with less worries.... looking good so far

patience...you'll make yourself crazy trying to figure it out...because the female and male look similar to people who don't have the eye for it... so, you won't really know unless you put it into flower

i also changed the way i start my germinated seeds i use Hyponex (made my Scotts, the same company that owns MG), tropical soil mix and MG 3 month release.. the Hyponex doesn't have any NPK and it cost 2 dollars, cheap stuff...so it helps bring down the NPK in the MG... i would mix all 3 for...

what i'm asking is... instead of hormones for rooting... do you just really use the bubbler and water to help your clones(fresh clippings) grow roots...

once you explain it... people will understand... if you're only going to say things like "you can use tinfoil and a fan to make a cheap vent"... it doesn't help people understand.... it has nothing to do with imagination... it has to do with the ability to communicate clearly
