Looks female in the last pic. Female calyx will be pear shaped and produce two white hairs while the male pollen sac will be round as a baseball. Yours look pear shaped in the last pic, but better pictures would allow for a definative answer.

Dont use mirrors, they absord more light then they reflect. Common mistake. Use tin foil on the cheap or as previously mentioned your best bet it to purchase reflective sheeting.

Next time, or this time if you want you should consider an HPS light for the flowering stage. It would make a big difference in your yield.

Radio Shack sells a pocket microscope for like $20 that is great for checking your trichs. You would see the difference if you picked one up. If not, once you have about 2/3 red pistils its about time to chop.

Once your trichs lose the clarity and turn milky you can start to consider chopping. Milky trichs will give you an upper type high. If you wait longer your trichs will turn amber and chopping at this time will give you a downer chouch lock type high. I hope this helps.

All light working in conjunction with an HPS during flowering is fine. I use florecents on the sides with an HPS over the top and it does great. Never to much light.

Those are definately Female Calyx. Males will be more round like a ball, your's are pear shaped, female. Congrats.

Miracle grow is definately not top of the line but it doesnt kill everything. You just shouldnt use nutes if you are using the enriched miracle grow and you have to monitor your PH closely but I have done well on Miracle grow before. There are better products out there, but it wasnt the miracle...

That is a lot of light, but you can never have to much. I say if you can manage the heat the more light the better. If it improves your yield even a little it's worth it.
