What he said. Something obvious: Strain plays the largest role. A White Widow at 25% THC will be much more intense then a mid grade at 5-10% THC.

Are you using flowering nutes ? CO2 will help also but a good nute regiment is crucial.

Dont remove fan leaves until harvest, besides removing 2 days before harvest won't boost bud production it just makes for easier harvesting. 48 hours of darkness before harvest can boost Trich production, but thats about it.
