Is it a chemical ph testing kit? If so they don't really read acurately with the molassas, because it changes the color of the water.

Depends which of us you were talkin to? lol I use 20/4 light cycle - saw a thread where someone actually did some experimenting with the light cycles, and found 20/4 to be the best for yield vs root growth. I veg mine for eight weeks. Yep, I use nutes. For veg I use MG All Purpose Plant Food...

Since you aren't having problems, just bad, lol. I think it's more worrisome, the more stuff you give to the plants. I would maybe look to invest in a PH pen in the near future though - check ebay for the best prices, they can get rather expensive. Better to have it, if you run into a problem...

I haven't seen that about the vanilla, probably not would be my guess, or there would be a lot more vanilla flavored bud out there. I use Grandma's Unsulphered Molassas from Wal-Mart, over by the pancake syrup. Yep One TBSP per gallon of water and I do it every 2/3 waterings. You can do that...

lol Don't feel bad - the first time I flushed one of mine I was thinking the same thing - my God I'm gonna drown her! Didn't happen - but it did get her back on track. Be sure to let her sit in the tub for a bit after the last water goes through, to make sure all the excess water is drained off...

Subscribed. They look great, nice recovery from when they were small! Have you got flowering nutes for them yet? It's about time for them. Also - have you tried molassas at all? I use it on mine, one TBSP per gallon of water - supposed to help the buds bulk out, and give a slightly sweeter...

How often do you water? Mine need it every 3-4 days, so yeah about every other watering would be good. Now I'm thinking about it my plants did kinda stall out once, was in veg though, a good flushing took care of it - flushed it once more since then - so maybe that's all she needs.:peace:

What about possible salt buildup? Have you flushed lately?

I doubt it's the container size, mine are just bagseed but they have been in flower for 36 days, the buds are a little bigger than that, and are growing noticably every day. I don't know what could be causing it, temps maybe?:peace:

Well, you've got your opinion, I've got mine. I agree the HPS beats CFL's for flowering hands down. But I personally like the CFL's better for vegging, less heat, less startup cost, less operating cost, and I'm not the only one.:peace:

Yep Wal-Mart, or a home improvement store such as Home Depot or Lowes. I get mine at Lowes, four pack of 27w 6500K for $12.:peace:

Yep, put it under the light right away, if you have less than 42w (actual) bulbs then put them about two inches above the plants. 42w or above more like five inches.:leaf:
