Thanks! I'm planning on vegging for eight weeks, my flowering room has an eight foot ceiling so I've got space. The CFL's are all 6500K. Did you do the topping as well?

Yep it's normal - seen plants on here with leaf blades of many diff. numbers. Nice bushy looking ladies, by the way.:peace:

I would only use one of them, say the Bloom Builder - and go half strength, maybe every other watering to start, (well depending on your watering schedule - I'd say try it once a week to start), better to work it up than fry your ladies.:peace:

If you've already got the HPS, just use it to veg too, it will do a better job for you than only a couple CFL's will.:peace:

You'll probably want more light for flowering. Bring the lights closer to the plants, around two inches from the tops. If you want to keep them around three feet total then flower when they are around a foot tall. Or you could try LST, do a search on the site, lots of great threads that can...

I'm a soil grower, so maybe it makes a difference - but a couple things I noticed; 65-72 degrees seems a bit cold, I would run about 5 degrees warmer. Too cold can stunt their growth. Also - the PH range for MJ plants is 6.0-7.0, I think 6.5 is what you aim for, so maybe slightly too acidic as...

Some just have that color naturally. This is one of mine, closeups taken two days ago. She's not over or under watered, she isn't deficient in anything, and her room is kept at a steady 78 degrees - note all the side branches are that same color.

Kinda depends on the age of the plants as well, I've noticed mine tend to start smelling around three weeks old.

The humidity dome is usually removed as soon as the seedlings sprout, take it off now. The humidity is too high - aim for closer to around 60% in veg. That may be the reason they are yellowing. Temps sound good. They are on the small side for being two weeks old, here's a pic of one of mine at...
