You'll want ones that are 6500K, labled bright white, cool white, or daylight. I've found 4x26 or 27w work well per plant. Good luck!:peace:

I think you could, might have to add a couple CFL's lower down on the plant though, for your lower buds. I use a 400w HPS to flower, so it's kinda hard to answer. As for your walls - I use cheap emergency blankets from Wal-Mart, $2.88 in the camping section. Some people say they create hot spots...

Going by the weight of the container takes some practice to be able to measure well. I recomend pushing your finger a few inches into the soil - if you feel any moisture, it isn't time yet. Good luck!:peace:

I wouldn't go by the magnifying glass, after all the time spent waiting , you don't want to make a mistake in the home stretch! It's worth spending the 12 bucks at Radio Shack to get one of those hand held microscopes, so you know for sure.:peace:

CFL's would be your best bet to start with, if you have a smaller budget. Plus no reason to buy more expensive HID lights before you see if growing is for you. With CFL's and two plants in that closet, I wouldn't think ventillation would be a problem. I agree, bagseed would be the way to go for...

If you flushed them well, it should have gotten rid of the excess nutes. How often do you water? If every three or four days, then I would say skip one watering, then start them back on a lesser dose of nutes.:peace:
